  1. okay when this happens to me, I can usually think of things I've read or seen on TV or heard someone mention or seen on the Internet to connect it all, especially when the dreams are REALLY stupid!

  2. i think you should see a doctor :)

  3. Sounds like brain fuzz. It might be a good idea to see a doctor. Also, make sure you are getting enough to eat, and you are eating healthy things. You might want to cut out all sugar, and boost your veggie intake.

Also, are you getting enough sleep? If you are going through a growing spurt, you may need 10 or even 12 hours of sleep.

And it goes without saying, if you are doing drugs, try NOT doing them for a little while, and see if that solves the problem.

Sometimes it's all about body chemistry, and there are a lot of things you can do to bring your body back into balance without using medicine. But sometimes medicine from the doctor is the quickest and safest way to bring your life back to normal.

  4. There's something going on, but it may be only anxiety.  Consider these factors:

Are you getting insufficient sleep? If you are waking too much at night. or not sleeping deeply enough or long enough, you may stay partly in a dream state during your waking hours. Everything will seem dreamlike.

Are you frequently entering a hypnotic state while playing computer games?

Are you consuming alcohol or drugs on a daily or weekly basis?

If your answers were all no, then consult a therapist. If you answered yes to any of the above questions, address those issues. Get plenty of sleep, stop all computer / video gaming, and discontinue any substances. If you don't recover after that, or can't stop the habits, then see a therapist ASAP.
