  1. it might be your skin type. the neutrogena wave uses special chemicals and ingredients that are known to irritate certain skin types. if your skin gets irritated go to a dermatologist or physician and ask them if you should keep using the neutrogena wave.

if you think you are using wrong make sure you follow thses steps check out this source.

  2. your not doing anything wrong just neutrogena might not work on your skin. I would reccomand you try a different face wash and see if your acne promblem gets better! Good luck!

  3. No your not doing one thing wrong! I had the same problem a few months ago when I first tried the wave. The pads just make it worse they help spread the acne because the bacteria you get from one blemish goes to another part of your face and so on it is like a domino affect. I would stop the use of the wave immediately!

  4. Do you change the cleansing pad every time you wash ?  That could be the problem if you don't , because then alot of bacteria gets on that and comes in contact with your face . If you do change the pad every time you wash , then maybe you're allergic to it ? I highly doubt you're allergic because it's a very light cleanser but it's possible . Get it checked if you have further complications .

    hope i helped :)

  5. Do it every 2-3 days, it could be irritating your skin, making it break out.

  6. the same thing happened to me except i was washing my face 6 times a day because i wanted clear skin but then i started to get some zits and stuff so i asked my mom and she said i was over washing it if i were you i would do it for less than 2 minutes
