I'm having major problems with Mozilla Firefox and I need help!?

Question

alright so. the deal is i try to open mozilla firefox, and it automatically freezes. then my computer sends this alert to me and asks me if i want to send an error report. but then if i try to download a the newest version of firefox, it will work. but it seems like that's the only way it will work. and i HATE the new version. is anyone else having these problems or is it just me? if you can give me some help, i'd apprectiate it.

uninstall it and reinstall it  but maybe update ur java 1st that might be the prob

You could just switch internet browsers...

For Mac: Just use safari, it's great!

For Windows: Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari...

I had the same problem and all i did was switch.
