I'm having my sweet 16 birtthday party in the middle of may? Any ideas?

I don't have a lot of money. my mom says she could get me like 2 rooms in a hotel or soemthing.. (one for girls, one fer boys)

That's what the teens are doing now days. Getting two rooms and using the pool. I would rather take the money for the cost of the rooms and hire a D-Jay or even a band and having the party in the back yard or on the beach. Maybe even in the community center or church basement. I would have it in the backyard with a DJ in the evening. Have a big Bonfire and roast hot dogs and marshmallows. Play spin the bottle and twister etc. It would be more fun than cramming all those teens in a little room!

As far as locations the hotel thing sounds cool. Teenagers can make hotels verrry intresting (espcially if they have pools and hot tubs (believe me i'm 15 i'd no lol))
