Question:

I'm having problems concentrating.?

Over the past two weeks Iv been unable to concentrate on one things for more than a few minutes at a time. I just tend to zone out. It even happens when someone is speaking too me, Il only hear half of what they're saying. This afternoon while in Extension English my teacher was helping me with my latest assessments and after she had been talking for a few minutes I went into autopilot, and I was telling myself that I needed to focus and listen and take everything in, but it just didn't happen. In general I'm a pretty good student but I haven't been doing the amount of work I need to do to keep up in my assessments for school and even things I'm really interested in, like the assessment my teacher was helping me with today I just cant concentrate on.

Anyone have any answers or ideas as to why this might be? What I can do to basically wake myself up.

My diet or sleeping habits haven't really changed so I doubt that could be it.. but who knows.
