A few nights ago I decided to go to bed a little earlier to get back on schedule for school. I ended up laying in my bed for hours doing nothing. I dunno why I can't sleep but it's messing me up. I've tried everything! I've turned the tv off, had a fan blow on me, used only 1 pillow, tried reading myself to sleep, and even turned my bed over to see if the other sides more comfortable. but nothing works. I've never really had a problem getting to sleep until now. Any of you have a solution?

  2. You may have insomnia. That's basically the inability to fall asleep or sleep well. You can try these things, or go back to your normal sleeping schedule.

    1. Take a warm bath. It will help relax muscles.

    2. Listen to some relaxing music in bed.

    3. Aromatherapy. Go like, to Bath and Body Works, and buy some aromatherapy pillow spray or bath products. The smell usually helps you go to sleep.

4.Sleep with head facing north and feet facing south.

    5. Make sure you are sleeping in a comfortable temperature. Sometimes the room may be too hot, making it uncomfortable to go to sleep.

  3. over the counter benadryl works every time...it works fast and it is not addictive...trust me, I use it all the time when i can't sleep (especially 1 week before school starts)...good luck!
