I'm having problems where I work, any ideas?

I work at a family business, and one of my parents and her family own it, but this guy who is not family works there and keeps stealing my work tools, lying, and fighting with me, when I have done nothing to fuel it, and no one will do anything to stop it.

He stole from you? Tell your manager you are going to file a police report.

Tell your managers and keep letting them know.  Sooner or later it wil register and hopefully they will fire him.What an a*****e!
