I'm having problems with my HP Deskjet F380 printer, can someone help me please?

I really need to print out a contract to hand in to my University, but my printer has messed up on me.

I was wondering how to fix it. Basically, I have printed off the alignment page and scanned it, and then when I tried printing my contract from my e-mail it didn't work. I have tried all sorts but I'm still stuck.

How do I fix this problem? Everything is installed, I just can't print. Please help, it's really important. Thank you.

Go to control panel and printers and faxes option. check if your printer status shows ready, or offline. If it is on and shows offline, you need to reinstall the software. if it shows ready, you need to restart both your computer and your printer and try again. I have the same model as you.

get a flashdrive and save it then print it at a friends house.
