  1. Ask your mom to go  get you some goody Pm powders and try them for sleep.  Sleep  with a fan on and this sometimes help to relax.  Maybe your bed isnt even (wore out) and you need a new one.  If it continues get her to take you to Dr.

  2. Why don't you go to bed without the intention of falling asleep? You are at the point where you are nervous about trying to go to bed and failing. Just lie in bed and listen to some music very attentively or to some talk radio show, like a science show for instance (mp3 podcasts of the internet are easy to find).

Make sure sleeping time is a relaxing moment, not a stressful one. Go to bed when it's time and don't delay it. Listen to your body.

  3. You could be having a blood pressure problem. Try laying down very slowly and sleep with two pillows under your head. This happens to me sometimes and I find that if I sleep with the two pillows and on my left side the dizziness goes away. Maybe try eating a little something (like fruit) before going to bed. It could be low blood sugar. If this continues though, I would seek medical help. Have you flipped your mattress lately?
