I'm having sleeping problems?

I am 13 and i've been sitting here staring at the wall for about 4 hours now and i don't know what to do.. any suggestions?

  1. you could try doing something that relaxes you or drink some chamomile tea..that always works for me =D. How long has this been happening?  


  2. Try doing more physical things during the day. The exhursion will tucker you out...

    Try taking a calcium pill and warm milk

    Try sleep aids. NOT sleeping pills, these are over the counter. Do NOT take them every night, because you could risk becoming dependant.

    Clear your mind, take a bubble bath. Do something for you. Close your eyes, but look at the inside of your eyelids, and focus on how dark it is.


  3. what i do is just go on the internet, and i sit in one posistion for a long time, until everything hurts, because then, i get tired.

  4. just relax and close ur eye it will make u a little sleepy but what makes me sleep is putting on the t.v. and putting it on sleep timer then i have some light and some sound and while im tying to sleep i think about my friends and crush or something fun or funny or fun and funny

  5. soak in enough sunlight in morning and take melatonin at night or drink warm chocolate milk at night before bed

  6. clear your mind and focus on something u enjoy or something that means something
