so, i like to bake for my classmates a lot. but ive run out of recipes! anybody have any good recipes for sophomores?

  2. PEANUT BUTTER SURPRISE

    powdered sugar 1#

    peanut butter 1 1/2 cups

    white corn syrup or honey 1/4 cups

    melted butter 3/4 cups

    vanilla 1 tbs

    choc. chips 12 oz bag

    mix 1st 5 ingredients well and pour on a sm-med cookie sheet. melt choc. chips in microwave mixing every 30 sec. until melted pour over peanut butter mixture and place in fridge for @ an hour. cut into squares and enjoy!! i line the pan w/foil and spray a little pam.

  3. CHOCOLATY CENTERED BUTTERFINGER BROWNIES

    1 brownie mix 9x13 size

    1 6oz bar of chocolate broken into 12 pieces

    6 fun size Butterfinger Bars or 2 full size, crushed (use a rolling pin)

    Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Use a cookie scoop and fill paper lined muffin tins ½ full of brownie batter. Place 1 chocolate bar square into each cup and top with remaining brownie mix. Top with crushed Butterfinger.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 29-32 minutes or until brownies are cooked through. Make sure they are cooked through completely or the centers will cave in the middle. about 29 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes.

    Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Cups

    1 box brownie mix 9 x 13 size

    1 batch of your favorite cookie dough

    Powdered sugar or frosting

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Prepare brownies according to package directions. Pour batter into mini cupcake tins (about 36-40) that have been sprayed generously with cooking spray. Spoon 1 Tablespoon of cookie dough into the center of each filled cupcake tin, gently pressing down into the batter. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing brownies from tins. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost.

    HELLO DOLLY

    1/2 c. butter

    1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk

    1 pkg. 6-oz. chocolate chips

    1/2 c. coconut (or small can)

    1 c. chopped nuts

    Melt butter in 9x13" pan.  Remove from heat.  Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter;  spread milk evenly over crumbs.  Sprinkle chips, coconut & nuts on top and press down gently.  Bake at 350 for 25 min, or until golden brown.  Cool and cut into squares
