I'm having some problems with my Kodak Easy Share C813?

I have two problems. When i record videos then i try to watch it there is no sound on the camera. How do i get sound on the video when i am trying to view the videos on the camera.

Then i can't transfer my pics onto the computer. How do u do it. Please give me instructions on how to do it.

  1. I have this exact camera, I love it hehe.

    Unfortunately, you have to wait until you load the video's onto the computer before you can here the sound - but its quality sound!

    And you should of had a USB cable that came with it? You are supposed to plug that into a USB output and use the software which came with it.

  2. I use a Kodak Easyshare C613....pretty similar. Anywho....you can't hear the sound on the camera because it doesn't have speakers. It has a small microphone to record the sound, but you'll only hear it once you've transfered it to your computer.

    Your camera should have come with a black USB cable that hooks your camera up to your computer. Then you should be able to explore your media card through Windows Explorer or some other media program like Picasa. (Once your camera is hooked up to the computer, click "My Computer" on your desktop and then click " Kodak EasyShare C813", then "Removable Storage", and there should be your pictures and your video. Once you've found them, you can right-click on the pictures you want to keep and "move to" your picture folder on your computer.
