I'm having thoughts of suicide...I'm really sad?

I'm in my house...alone....

I'm really sad and feel like dying. I don't want to be judged...I just want someone to comfort me. I don't care how, just help.

  1. If you need someone to talk to please call 1-800-suicide.

    Why not go out and go talk to a frined or go walk around the block to clear your head.

    What is causing your sadness?  What can be done to fix it?  

    If you feel like you have a problem with depression go see a doctor who can help you with either medicine or other alternatives like exercise, eating right and stress management.


  2. If you are having thoughts of suicide, do not stay alone at this time.

    Because you are really sad and feel like dieing, the safest place for you would be in the hospital or on a psych. unit.  Go to the ER.  Please reach out for help so you can begin to take charge of your feelings.  Please stay safe.  Good Luck.

  3. Just take a deep breath, and know that you dont REALLY want to die, your just really depressed and it will pass eventually, I promise. You shouldn't be alone right now, its dangerous. Why dont you call up someone you love and trust, and tell them you need to see them. You dont have to tell them whats going on, just have someone with you. I've battled suicidal thoughts myself for many years, and I know now that they best thing I can do is NOT be alone! go for a walk somewhere where you can feel at peace, like to a park or something. nature helps sometimes. Maybe listen to some happy music, and of course, if you really feel you are a danger to yourself, call the suicide hot line.

    Your not alone sweetheart! Just remember that everything will be alright. I dont know whats going on in your life right now, but I'm really sorry that you are having this hard time. But it can only get better from here. make your own day better by being there for yourself, do something you love, remind yourself why you love being alive! maybe you should write down whats bothering you. Sometimes that can help you to let go of some of the pain. Please just breath hon, you'll be ok, I promise!

    oh, and beespost is right, you need to get help! But right now, in this moment, focus completely on getting out of these feelings. When you are feeling better, you should see your doctor, and get some counseling! Counseling will change your life, and you wont have to feel like this anymore. But for now, do whatever it takes to get out of this hole, I know you can do it!

  4. Call your doctor or lifeline immediately! Thoughts of suicide should not be taken lightly. There are many reasons to live but when you are this depressed you don't see them. Get help so you can feel better.

  6. Please please don't hurt yourself. It will devastate the people who care about you. And you will feel better, I promise. Even one day can make a difference. You can regain power over your life. For now, when you are feeling so bad, it's hard for you to see that things can get better. But they really can. Please call a hotline or 911 and get some help. Call your doctor. Call someone. Please don't hurt yourself. I care about you even though we are strangers. I lost my brother this way last month and I don't want anyone else to go through this horrible grief.
