  1. If you have windows XP or Vista you don't need the software to get the images.  Plug in you camera with the USB and make sure the camera is on.  Then go to My computer and you will see a new drive which belongs to your camera, go in and copy the images to where you want them

  2. if i was u i should go to the web site of the camera  and find out more about the battery, and you can download pic of your with the cable that come with the camera

  3. Open my computer highlight your camera and on the side bar it should have a button that says get pictures from scanner or camera (or something close to that) click that and follow the on screen instructions to import your photos.

  4. Is you camera have a usb port.  If you have a usb port on your camera,  Hook it up to your computer.  See if your computer is reading your camera. To do that just go to my computer and see if you see a removable drive.  If you do not see it your computer needs the driver for the usb,  If you see removable drive go in to it open every file when you find you photos, copy them and paste them where you want to save your photo's.  That's the manual way.  Hope that helps

  5. Maybe you should read the instruction manuel that came with your camera or just hook up your camera to your computer , good luck!
