I'm having trouble putting my songs from my ipod nano to my ipod touch any suggestions?

i got my songs on my hard drive and then on itunes but when i go to import the songs it says my computer is not authorized to do this... how do i change that?

Where did you get the songs?

If you got them from iTunes, then just sign into iTunes and then going into the store drop down list, and clicking authorize this computer.

If these are some you got from a friend, and they bought them from iTunes, then they need to authorize your computer by going over to  your house, going onto your computer and authorizing it by opening iTunes, signing into their account, and doing the same thing.

if there not from iTunes...then I have no idea.
