Yesterday afternoon I realized that I am missing my childhood blanket. It wasn't really a security blanket but now that I've noticed it's missing and I want to find it, I can not bring myself to fall asleep.I wasn't quite sure where to put this question.Is there any way to put it out of my mind long enough to fall asleep?? It just suddenly came to me earlier that I hadn't seen it in no more than 2 years but it feels like it's been forever. Are there any ways to help try and remember where I last saw it? or when I last saw it? I'm just having some trouble with this.
