I'm having trouble selling products at my job.What are some questions i should ask to get the sale?

It's a inbound call center,so I'm suppose to sell additional items at the end of my order,but don't know how to ask.....Help me

Simple, Say that some of the people who ordered the things they ordered wanted those also, and would they be interested in adding those to the order?

It would be better if you were more specific, but that is a very sound way to upsell, without sounding like an upsell.
