  1. Walk before a dream

  2. I started using the eye-mask like you get on an airplane trips to sleep- It has really helped me to get to sleep quicker and to stay to sleep longer.  I am not really a person to take pills for stuff like that.

  3. Hi there, I run 8km a night but i am a chronic insomniac and I take Temazepam (prescribed from GP) and it works a treat. I have heard that Honey and milk can help as well.

If you're going to exercise make sure it's 2 hours before bed, also don't eat 2 hours before bed and when you go to bed read something boring so your eyes get tired.

    All the best!! :)

  4. Hello Layne - It usually helps me to drink milk,  eat turkey and watch CNN or read nice boring book.  Some diet pills have sleep meds may help.

  5. Try a good exercise program during the day, you'll sleep like a baby.

A running program, or go to the library and get an exercise video, or join a gym.

  6. Exercise

  7. I take Trazedone and have no drowsiness or other side effects.  It's prescription, though.  Ambien used to leave me so woozy.

  8. melatonin. its natural, get it in vitamin section. no drowsiness or addiction.
