I'm having trouble typing in Yahoo Go 2.0 for my Verizon Wireless vx6800.?

Question

Whenever I try to type in to sign in, write an e-mail, etc....the program only recognizes the numeric and symbol counterparts to the letter keys on my QWERTY keyboard. Meaning each letter has a number or symbol that is can be used for by pressing a shift-like key. But Yahoo go won't recognize the letters ever. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to make it so I can type with my QWERTY keyboard properly in Yahoo Go 2.0???

Try to go thru your settings on the phone  Go to the keyboard and select the menu input options --they often change by certain key combos and it could be possible that is what you did not realizing it.
