I'm of late I've had trouble falling asleep. I get tired and try to sleep but it never happens until the early hours of the morning. And as far as the nightmares and such go I cannot remember the last time I slept an entire night without a nightmare. Lately my nightmares have been about work and when its not about work its about me or my family or loved ones being attacked. Generally its Michael Myers that's after us and it all takes place in the night. (I'm terrified of the dark) But lately Heath Ledger as the Joker has been making his appearances. Now the part I don't understand is that I'm not usually afraid of horror movies and I was definitely not afraid of The Joker in the Dark Knight. And me not watching horror movies is not an option. Please help anyways possible to let me know whats wrong and how to keep this from happening again.
