I'm having trouble with songs rebuffering, pausing and restarting in my customized Yahoo Music Launchcast.

I read the troubleshooting tip to increase my buffering speed with Windows Media but my operating system is Windows Vista and I can't understand the directions to increase my buffering speed. Can you explain how to increase buffering speed with Windows Vista? Thank you.

For Windows Media Player 11 open up the player and right click where the title is "Windows Media Player"  go to; Tools >> Options >> Performance then select option in menu for "Network Buffering" click the one that says "Buffer" and enter in how many seconds  you want it to buff.
