I was just wondering if there were charges for entering or departing the country? I am traveling from the Minneapolis, Minnesota USA.

    Airport tax at exit USD18.00

    Exchange = USD1.00 / AR3.12

    Passport validity = plus 6 months from day of entry!

    If you are thinking a quick trip to Brasil, you need a visa!


  2. No charges, just make sure you have a passport.

  3. I was just there two week ago - there is a tax when leaving Argentina, back to the US, it was $18 USD.

  4. When I visited 2 years ago, there was a departure charge.  I don't remember how much it was.
