  3. uhh, sorry but your going to have to get your parents to get u into public school

  4. It all depends on your school.

High schools are allowed to make their own regulations regarding placement for homeschooled students - some will just take your word about what grade level you're at, some will give you a placement test to determine your grade level, and some will - across the board - completely refuse to accept any of your credits and make you retake all previous years of high school.

Have your parents get ahold of a guidance counselor at the school and find out what that school's requirements are.

But before you do that...have you spoken to your parents about this?  What do they think?  You will need their permission to go back to high school - they need to register you.

Also - a lot can happen over the next 3 years.  Homeschoolers have graduation ceremonies and grad parties just like ps kids, and there's probably a group in your area that has a graduation ceremony each year.  There's a lot that goes into this, more than just being able to have the ceremony - if you go back into school for 12th grade only, are you going to be able to get the classes that you need, or will you be required to retake something you've already studied because it's a 12th grade requirement?  Will you be bored or frustrated with not being able to take classes at your pace?  Will you even want to go back into school after 3 years of homeschooling?

So...first, check with your school and talk with your parents.  Next, figure out your options, but keep them open.  High school is a time of change, of growth, and of opportunity.  What you want in 3 years might be light years away from what seems important now.

    Hope that helps!

  5. It depends on the school, the district and your homeschool program.

They MIGHT accept your homeschool credits

They MIGHT accept you based on AGE alone

They MIGHT test you and place you based on test scores

It depends on LOCAL school rules and policy.

  6. I don't see why not, do you?

  7. yes you can. i had a friend that did something like that

  8. Of course you can...as long as you are meeting the requirments for each grade level you can enter public school at any time.

  9. register at a public school
