I am a 20 year old FL resident looking at getting a Lambretta UNO 150- I can't figure out if it falls under the moped/scooter category or motorcycle because it goes 65+ mph- I'm trying to figure out registration fees and proper licensing procedures- Please also leave any information about the reliability and, positives and negatives of owning this scooter! Thanks!
