  1. You better call them today.  Some friends of mine played it last fall and it was booked up about a year in advance.  Also the green fee is up to about $450 per round.  You generally need to be staying at their lodge to get on, (another a couple hundred per night) and be prepared to take a caddy (no matter if you walk or ride a cart), pay and tip him.  Happy spending.

  2. If I may, I will offer a cheaper alternative.  Pacific Grove is a public golf course in that area also.  It has the Pacific views just like Pebble Beach, but nothing close to the greens fees.  It's a shorter cours, but has its challenging holes.  Pebble is going to cost 5 C-notes.  If you got the grip, then go to the Pebble Beach website and make it a package.

  3. last time there i called 5 days and was lucky to get a time. green fee was $250. not worth it.

  4. I play in the PB region often. Any of the courses up there are good and worth the $$ for at least once in your life. Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill are also beautiful courses.

  5. If you're staying at the Lodge or Spanish Bay you can book far in advance.  If you're not then it only 5 days in advance.

  6. I played there last summer, and I'm pretty sure you can only call 1 day in advance if you're not staying at the resort.  We got to Monterrey on July 3rd, and I got on the course on July 4th.  Green fee is now $495.  Half a cart was $30 I think.  You don't need a caddy unless you want one.  It's a great course to walk if you can.
