There is a hotel in central London called the Saint Georges Hotel, it's on Langham Place,Regent Street, right across from the Langham Hotel.

They have a restaurant on the top floor of the hotel (15th floor)

They do a lot of private functions. You can reserve a private area and have it decorated, or if you'd rather, you can decorate it yourself. They also offer different kinds of buffets or canape's or set menu's. And it's quite affordable.

The views from the restaurant would be a great background for your babyshower either day or night.
