I'm hot and cold? What's going on!?

I'm burning up (my back and head) and then I'm shaking at the same time with goose bumps. It's odd... ?

I'm not sick or anything.

You sound sick. But maybe you are dehydrated and need to eat and drink something. I know when I haven't ate anything I get real sick feeling just like you are describing. Try having some food.
