  1. Make your own fun fruit salad with the things not usually put into it.

    Blueberries

    Kiwi

    Raspberries

    Black berries

    and a few watermellons and strawberries


  2. Bruschetta. Mmmmm italian food is always good.

    Toasted vegan bread (i'm not vegan so any kind of bread product that you eat) with chopped garlic, onion, tomatoes and a sprinkle of oil and fresh herbs.

For a tasty healthy snack, buy some tomato wraps and load them with spinach and small tomato slices/cherry tomatos cut in half.  Drizzle in some dressing...I enjoy some parmesan cheese sprinkled in there too as I eat cheese, is there a vegan option that would be similar?  But anyway, it is simple and a wonderful treat!

  6. I love wraps. I just ate a wrap made with whole wheat tortilla, smeared with hummus, added baby lettuce, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, fresh tomatoes and avocados.. *burp* im stuffed
