  1. Get some lebanese/pita bread, or similar flat bread that is thin and can be folded easily.

Chop up some cucumber, lettuce, carrot and lean chicken breast.

Place the fillings onto the bread and add some mayo for more taste if you like.

    Roll it up and eat.

  2. grilled cheese, ice cream, cereal, bowl of soup, popcorn, peanut butter and jelly.

  3. if you're a bachelor like me that can't cook, got any Hot Pockets?

  4. a piece of fruit such as a mango, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, or a pear.

  5. some vegetables salad or a small sandwich

  6. hmmm a good snack would be..

either some peanut butter on some ritz crackers with some milk along with some veggies that u can dip or some fruit if u want something sweet.

peanut butter will keep u from getting so hungry again..

  7. Buy lots of TV dinners that's what I do. (get lean cuisine's peninis those are good!!)

  8. Have some fresh fruit or maybe some yogurt.

  9. What are you hungry for?  I can usually tell that I'm going to be satisfied with protein or crispiness or saltiness.

If you have money and can go to the store, it might be easier to decide, because you can overload on things for lots of money when you're hungry.  By the time you get home, you might figure out exactly what you wanted in the first place.

If you have to settle for what's in the house, picture what kinds of foods are in different places.  What's in the fridge?  What's in the freezer?  What's in the cupboard?

Ice cream can be good.  If you have carmel, butterscotch, or chocolate topping, and some nuts, you can make a sundae.

Do you have tortilla chips and dip?  I like a spicy dip with tortilla chips, like the green chili dip.  Actually, that dip goes well with Ruffles, too.

If you prefer vegetables, you could go for some cauliflower (about 8 ounces) or broccoli.  I wouldn't suggest carrots or celery, just because those will be likely to keep you awake.  The same with apples.  But, peaches or strawberries might go over well.

    Or how about a banana?

Or, something I like to do for a snack later in an evening is to get a packet of graham crackers (8 or 9 full crackers) and a tall glass of milk.  I crack the larger crackers into the four marked crackers and put two together and dip them in the milk for a count of anywhere from 10 to 14, and then pop them both into my mouth and chew.

The beauty of this snack is that it might even help you settle down and go to sleep.

Whatever you have, I hope you enjoy it.
