Comfort Food.  I have a recipe for baked mashed potatoes with gouda cheese.  You could really use any cheese you have on hand and make half the recipe.  Find it at:

Other goodies might include a grilled cheese sandwich, pancakes, french toast or chocolate cake.

well reading all the cooking questions made me hungry to.. so i just made a yummy grilled cheese. i used jalapeno jack but not sure you your tummy will like that.. mmm melted cheese..mmmmm
