Its now a whole week i cant run well. When i run I always feel uncomfortable. Today i tried running 400m and at my time was 42 secs at 200m. After that I couldn't go further.My best time on 800m was 2.38 and spotrs day is in 2 weeks and the school record is 2.34 and I really wanna beat it.What can I do and whats happening to me????
