What are my odds? What do I have to do? I get REALLY good grades and sometimes I feel too smart for my grade level. Any ideas?

  1. Maturity =/= intelligence at all.

But beat your current year level and pressure the teachers to move you up? Are you not challenged enough? Probably is they don't offer they won't boost you up.

  2. you can't ask. they would have to offer you it. maybe they don't do it. it could be because or our size and you wouldn't fit in with the other kids and it wouldn't be good or your social health. because 8th graders don't spend anytime with 7th graders the whole day.

  3. Talk to your school counselor and share your interest to test for early advancement. If that dosent work, mabey you could start up a study group with subjects  more advanced students would be interested in. If all else fails use your mental motovation & get started on your first best seller, "I'm a 8th grader stuck in a 7th graders body" Good Luck.

  4. I think it's really rare for that to happen. I've always been advanced and felt like that, but I've never gotten moved up. You'll just get advanced classes if they're offered at your middle school, and definitely in high school.
