I'm in AfJROTC, my program is having problems with having enough cadets, can you help?

My JROTC Has only 48 people in it! We should have at least 100!! The school is going to shut us down if we don't get enough kids by the next forecast. So next year, we might not exist. Does anyone know any good ways to recruit???
