OMG! we were SOOOO close to win the stanley cup! but detriot is pretty good too. what are your opinions.

Detroit made Pittsburgh humble. They showed the pens that you have to be men to play in the big leagues.

The Pens won't make it nearly as far as they did this year in 2009...they lost some key players and haven't been able to do a lot of signing.

Detroit, on the other hand, hasn't given up anyone big, and got HOSSA... who's going to be able to stop our power play?!

Glad that you found someone to love. Good luck with next season, because you will not love it when Detroit wins the cup again. No Hossa, and a few others have left? Probably won't be the Pens year.

Yea, ok. Want to know why you were close? The referees called b.s. penalties on all other teams so the Penguins would get to the Finals. Crosby sucks and Malkin had what one goal. The Penguins will go absolutely nowhere next year because they have no good players!

Pretty good?  The Wings absolutely owned everyone in the playoffs.

ahhh i was so sad they lost..i cried :( lol but i guess in a way it was to be expected and sort of a lesson they needed to learn. this was some of the penguins players first nhl final round and after winning all those games they sort of got over confident. dont get me wrong they have incredible skill and i am so confident that theyre going to win next year!

Well considering Detroit won the Stanley Cup over Pittsburgh I would say they are the better team. I'm not really a fan of the Pens, I like their players but that team has way too many band wagoners. My favourite team is the Toronto Maple Leafs.

detroit chokes in first round next year. Penguins have a cake walk to the finals, where they win a game 7 home game and take the cup.

You're in love with the Pittsburgh Penguins. The whole team? Do their wives and girlfriends know? Seriously. They were not that close. The Wings were way too experienced. They will get their shot at another time .

I think if you love the Pens you should learn to also love the sport of hockey just as much, not just your favorite team and players. Learn as much as you can about Hockey and the NHL to make your viewing experience as great as possible!

omggg i know..i wish the penguins would have won but o well. detroit is a good team, mark my word the pens will win the cup after my other favorite team the san jose sharks win ;)

I got to go to game 3 in Pittsburgh. So awesome! Glad they won that night, sad they lost in the end though.
