  1. you cant take produce back with you. but like candy you can

  2. NO, its pork so customs cant let it thru.

Failure to declare food products can result in a $10,000 fine.

  3. if it's wrapped in a vacuum package intended for sale in the USA, it will clear customs.   Try buying it at the airport when you leave.

  4. legally no, but if it is sealed and in your luggage, i don't see how they would find out, unless they do a spot search. then again, the fine might be too much to risk.

  5. YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU.

    OK, couldn't resist that one.

    ;)

  6. No, it's not allowed and will be confiscated, regardless of how it's packaged.

There isn't any hope of smuggling it, either. They've got dogs in customs now, you know.

  7. Customs may not let it through ( you have to sneak it).

So your taking a chance with a very expensive product.

If your live in the USA, it is now available in upscale gourmet markets.

    "Pata Negra".

We sell it here in Florida.

  8. I believe you can only bring back cheese.

  9. Like many others who responded.  Customs usually confiscate pork products (even though it's preserved); possibly fine you; and they do have beagles that sniff baggages.
