I'm in a 4 player F/F league? Who should I pick?

My family really doesn't know a lot about football other than me. I've never played fantasy though. Can you tell me who to draft in the top rounds and some late round sleepers?

Ok.  You have about 3 obvious positions to chose from.  Then from those positions, you have about 2 or 3 players to choose from.

      

First would be the Running back.  Running Backs will mainly rush for you and sometimes receive for you.  Awesome running backs will include Ladainian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson, and also maybe Brian Westbrook.  Your starter should be Ladainian Tomlinson mainly because he is more experienced then Adrian Peterson and Brian Westbrook.  Even tough Ladainian Tomlinson is older he is much better then both of them.  I would choose adrian Peterson as your second RB if you get him and Brian Westbrook as your back-up if you get him also.

Your second option for your first round pick would be a Quarterback.  There are pretty much only 2 options to go with.  Tom Brady and Payton Manning.  Tom Brady is a year younger then Payton Manning, but my opinion is that Tom Brady is better then Payton Manning.  Tom Brady will have a stronger arm because he is younger then Payton Manning.  Currently they both have injuries, but from what I've heard Payton Manning should be out longer then Tom Brady.  So if you go with a Quarterback as your first round pick, it should definitely be Tom Brady.

Your final option for a first round pick would be a wide receiver.  I would not go with this because they are the worst out of the 3 for making points.  Im not that smart on Wide Receivers, so Im not sure who to tell you to pick.  I would think that some Wide Receivers would be from The Colts team or from the Patroits team.

I personally would pick a Running Back for my first pick, but you can decide what you should do from this essay or giant paragraph.

Since you will only be in a 4 team leauge u should just get beasts like 1st pick running back and if there is another beast on the board get another RB or if not pick up moss or a great QB. since its a 4 person league all teams should be extremely deep and it just depends what superstar has the good game. but id go for two stud RB first

Well in a 4 team league your team will be pretty deep & unless people aren't paying attention during bye weeks it should be a tight race to the end. Traditional "draft strategies" are thrown out the window. You can grab a RB in the 1st round & still get your Tom Brady in the 2nd w/ out missing out on another stud RB.

Also in a 4 team league, there won't be many "sleepers" unless you set the league up to start 2 QBs, 4 RBs, 5-6 WRs 2 TEs a couple kickers & Defenses.

if you know anything about football, drafting a 4 team league will take little to no talent, see if you can round up at least 4 more teams.

LT, AP, Westbrook & Addai will / should be your 1st round
