I'm in a dilemma,help me please!!!

I'm a ps3 owner but the problem is that I want to play great games like MGS4 an GOW 3,resistance 2,GTA IV,oblivion,farcry2,Haze but I'm a 13 year old teenager and all of this are rated M games tell me what should I do?I'm an Egyptian and I live in Egypt where GTA IV is worth like 140$ but I can get it anyway the problem is it's a rated M game while I'm 13 year old teenager help me?what should I do?

I'm 13 too but i just tell my dad i want this game if he asks me about it i say its just a gun game.my parents have seen me play manhunt 1,2 call of duty 4 loads of other killing games but they don't really care my mom says that's bad 4 u and i laugh and she just goes.but $140is a little far fetched i live in libya ryt next to egypt but the games aren't that much.

GTA IV is worth like 140$ wtf .... tell ur parents M stands for minors or buy them online they cant really ask anybody about the game if its online
