I'm in a stick situation....?

I owed my employer money, It wasn't known that I owed this money even by them until the last minute. They admittedly screwed up. This is a very large company and apparently they don't communicate with in the company because I'm having to call each department and settle the matter even though they screwed up. So I discussed with my boss setting up a payment planned so they would only take installments out of my checks but the person for that department was on vacation and I had to wait until they got back. But that was ok because I wasn't scheduled to get paid until they got back. But for some reason I received my check a week early...earlier than anybody in my department. So I wasn't able to set up my payment plan and all but a few dollars of my pay check was taken. My question is should I call my employee and say something about me getting my check early? Or should I keep my mouth shut and hope to get my next check early too?If I should say something what should I say?I'm so confused.

Your asking us to recommend solutions to your financial questions. We can't. But is sounds to me like your doing what you can with what you have to work with. All you can do is contiune the path your following and work it out. On Monday morning, get in there face to face & get busy with it.
