  1. Im a loan officer and now a days, as long as that "BK" has been discharged your good to go... What kind of "BK" was it.. If your paying a monthly on it then it might be a while.... But if your just wipeing your hands clean of the thing then you could have some options...


  2. Sorry to say that the Government would never give a grant to a person that would use the grant to flush it down the toilet.

    Government grants are for people that have a proven track record of working very hard and that have always paid everything on time. People needing a grant will also have a business plan that has a higher chance for success based on the average success rate of that particular industry.



    The Government will only give a grant if they believe that they will have the chance of getting paid back in a "indirect" way. For example, if a grant is given to a person for a new start up business then the government will get paid back from the tax's generated on the products sold by that new store. Over time, the government will get the money back in other ways.
