I'm in canada and want to listen all india radio programme(vividhbhart)on radio.what is the world band radio

i'm confused in world radio or receiver or short wave frequency..i want to listen live programme from india .i tried on net but it is not live..suggest me a good but not expensive radio able to catch all indi radio.thanks

first, you need a good radio.  in the u.s. and canada you can go to radio shack.  they have some there.  not many places still sell shortwave/world radios.  you can also buy them online.  try ebay and type in shortwave radios.  then, you need to go to find the listings... use the site below to get started.
