What is the best way to get accepted?

The 1st 2 links are to NC Senators, the last is to the Congressman from the State of NC, I believe that is your State? Find the 1 for your District, and go to their site.. look for Academy Appointments

Make straight A's for starters.   Contact your local and state representatives and get their endorsement (letters) to send with the application.  The more of those you get, the better it will be for you to be accepted.

In this site they advise not to wear shorts or jeans to the interview.  Dress in the best suit you have or the best dress (if you are female) that one wears to a wedding or church service.
