talk to her mate and find out why she hates you.  i bet she's scared you'll push her out.  if you assure her that she is welcome to join you both sometimes as well as giving you and your girlfriend time to be alone she'll probably come round.  you'll have to make the effort, because if you dont the chances are you'll lose your girlfriend.  best friends are extremely important.  include her sometimes, and she'll soften up.
