I'm in special ed and i play football

I'm tired of people labeling special ed kids as retards i mean no one makes fun of me and 'im not that slow its just math and my organization. i loose my home work alot so i dont turn stuff in so thats why im in there but my Friend is special ed to and hes the best on the team and i have tons of friend and i function like every one else and don'tnt look like a kid who would be in special ed and they still label why do people label us

I think people label us (and us, I mean me too, I have a disability) because they either don't understand it. Or sadly because they feel better to do so. Because they aren't the ones who are different and they know that and so they feel like they need to put people who are different down to make sure that they are getting the upper hand.

People are cruel, kids are cruel. I won't lie about that, but knowing who you are and that you can still do stuff like anyone else makes you that much better.
