I'm in the 7th grade but i have a uniform?

So, i really want to look pretty in the 7th grade but i have an ugly uniform. i straighten my hair, any more advice?? i have lots of freckles too....so, helpful hints on how to look pretty with a ugly uniform?

Lipstick almost exactly like your lips, just a little more color...

If you wear a jumper, wear a cute colored or patterned polo shirt underneath.

Wear colored tights, stockings, or leggings under your skirt/kilt, with cute little ballet flats.

Colorful headbands are great, too!

Bracelets, necklaces, and rings are cute too, in moderation.

I would wear black eyeliner and mascara, and neutral eye shadow.  Since you have freckles, I suggest wearing light or even no blush to show them off.  Simple chapstick or lip gloss would be fine for the lips.

Also, the most important thing, is to be bubbly and peppy and outgoing and funny.  Be pretty from the inside, and you'll be considered 'pretty' and 'popular'.

Wear bright and colorful socks and neon shoelaces,

wear lots of funky jewerly and your hair and makeup is key.
