the last 3 years. Every year seems much cooler. ? Does this cool weather cause my zinnias to spot on the leaves, bloom late, and not fully open? With this new weather trend will zinnia's ever be the able to grow here?

I can't say for sure but in the south zinnia's will be going strong when all others are droopy and lagging from the heat and humidity.It may be just too cool this year for them.
