  1. Your name isn't Obama by any chance, is it.

Lot of people think B.O. is an Indonesian citizen

  2. First contact the Indonesian consul for help.   That should be the most effective way to get the problem solved. The consul's job is to help the country's citizens (in this case Indonesians) with problems with the country where they are (in this case the USA).

In the meantime be absolutely sure you conform to whatever conditions were given you when the passport was taken in order to not make the situation worse and not be subject to criminal penalties.

  3. Why has the US government taken your passport?  Without more information, no one can help you.

  4. Why was your passport taken and what were told to do when it was taken?  Are you in the US illegally?  If so, you will get your passport back when you return to your own country and go to the Consular Section of the US Embassy in Jakarta.  If it is a matter of illegal immigration or other immigration charges, you have no choice but to return to your own country immediately.  Can't imagine why else they might take your passport except so that you will show up for deportation and get your passport back once you return home.
