I'm installing a program but when i enter the serial number it says it's wrong. What do I do?

I've had this program installed on another computer and I know this is the same serial number I used.

Is the program still installed on the other computer? If so, that's your problem. One serial number per computer. You can try uninstalling it off the other computer if you need it on this one so bad, or you'll have to purchase another serial number.

It may only be good for one computer. If that is the case, you will have to buy another copy of the program. If you know for a fact that it should be valid for multiple computers, call the company or email tech support and tell them your problem. They might be able to help you out
