I'm interested in a sold out boxing fight but I try to get tickets and they seem to be sold out in 5 minutes!?

I want one of those tickets and I don't want to spend an excessive amount on ebay. How do I find out which tickets go on sale and sold out quick and when to buy? Thanks!

I'm not sure what company was selling the tickets but you have to find out exactly when the tickets go on sale and then you will need a bit of luck.  The problem with some events is everyone know they will sell out in advance.  In this case it is best to buy the tickets the day they go on sale.  This might require for you to show up at the box office and wait for a while before the tickets actually go on sale.  Also, if the company has a phone number you can call then you can order tickets that way.  Even then you might have to call ahead of time so the lines don't get busy.  Unfortunately, getting tickets to these kind of events is hit or miss.  Also, if you don't know when an event is going on sale (or you don't even know what events are coming) many box offices and ticket companies have websites with that information.  Many of them will even e-mail you when new events that might interest you come to that venue.
