  1. 1)  The lesson plans will be one of the most intense parts of your training.  There are several albums that contain the lesson plans.  Each album has about 100-150 pages of very detailed step by step instructions that you will write up on how to work with the materials along with pictures of what the material looks like.  The albums will include the sequence of the order the materials are put on the shelf, the appropriate ages for the materials, what previous learning the child needs to know to fully understand the materials, direct and indirect aims of the materials, control of error, design control in the materials, and exact instructions (i.e. it does not say, "carry the pink tower to the rug," but says, "using two hands, carry the smallest cube of the pink tower to the rug and place it randomly on the rug.")

    2)  Are you thinking for the training what materials will you need?  I would start off with making sure you have a good laptop with a lot of memory, a good digital camera, and a lot of patience :-)  Usual stuff like notebook and pens, etc.  Colored pencils would be helpful as well.  If you mean what Montessori materials you will need, the training center will have them already.  You practice them where you take your training.
