I'm invited to a cooking party (potluck) themed European countries?

Question

What shall I bring? I know that Spain, Italy, and Germany are already covered, so I'd like to choose something really unique.

Any good ideas or tasty recipes that are fit to pass around at a gathering?

peirogies are very european as is Jeager shnitzle, kuchen also comes to mind.  All I just mentioned are either German, or German/Russian in origin.  email me and I will send any recipe of any one of those if you wish.
